CONTINUED  Paul is a co-founder of two energy trade associations, the Northeast Energy Efficiency Council and the Solar Energy Business Association of New England, and he continues to play a leading role in both organizations.

Mr. Gromer founded and is president of Peregrine Energy Group, an energy consulting firm that helps customers design and implement energy efficiency initiatives. An attorney, he has represented energy companies before public utility commissions in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and New York. He is a member of the Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Council, the Connecticut Solar Advisory Council, is on the board of directors of the New England Clean Energy Council, and is co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Energy and Telecommunications Law Committee. Mr. Gromer received his AB degree from Middlebury College and his JD degree from Harvard Law School.
