CONTINUED Prior to Juice, Rosi's worked on developing local renewable alternatives to power remote fishing towns in Alaska, culminating in a business that transformed fish offal from processing plants into biodiesel for local generators. Rosi holds a BA from Dartmouth College and a MESc from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
