David Adamian is a co-founder and the Vice President for Engineering and Operations for EnergyClimate Solutions, with more than 18 years of experience in the energy services business. He has held project management and corporate management positions, overseeing over $100 million in energy efficiency projects and managing a staff of over 25 engineers and technicians. Chief Financial Officer

David Kopans is a co-founder and the Chief Financial Officer for EnergyClimate Solutions. He has been Head of Finance/CFO for two publicly traded companies and is a serial entrepreneur who has started, run, and advised software, hardware, biotech and clean energy companies. Although David started his career as a CPA and CMA at Coopers & Lybrand, he has been actively involved in the renewable energy industry since 2002. Rosi Kerr
Director of Sustainability

Rosi Kerr is the Director of Behavioral Programs at EnergyClimate Solutions. Rosi’s experience spans the environmental market. She began her career teaching environmental science at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science and at the Mountain School of Milton Academy. Before entering her current role, Rosi was an Energy Advisor at Juice Energy Inc., a renewable energy supplier in New York City. Rosi helped Juice grow from startup to a major player in the markets it served. At Juice, Rosi led the sales team in gross sales, and had a focus on the college and university market.

Kailash Viswanathan
Director of Energy Efficiency

Kailash Viswanathan is the Director of Energy Efficiency for EnergyClimate Solutions, with more than 17 years of experience in the energy service business. His primary responsibility includes project development and implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Prior to ECS, Kailash worked in senior positions for Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI), most recently as the Project Development Manager for their Solutions Business. Lea Lupkin
Sustainability Program Analyst

Lea Lupkin is a Sustainability Program Analyst at EnergyClimate Solutions, helping to develop and implement integrated programs that facilitate the transition to sustainable behaviors on client campuses. She comes to ECS from the Sustainable Endowments Institute, where she helped publish the College Sustainability Report Cards 2009 and 2010, the only comparative evaluation of sustainability and endowment practices of higher education institutions in the U.S. and Canada. Antje Danielson is a Behavioral Program Advisor to EnergyClimate Solutions. She has worked on environmental behavioral change campaigns since 1998, as a researcher, entrepreneur, and implementation practitioner.
